Thomas ‘Tom’ L. Powell, EGA
President and Founding Member
Founding member Tom Powell has a total of 37 years of experience working with commercial property claims as well as management experience with property and casualty claims. A native Tennessean, Tom is a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, the Tennessee Army National Guard, and the Army Reserve. He studied at Union University in Jackson, TN and has since earned multiple certifications, including Windstorm Umpire Certification. He also takes 15 hours of continuing education credits every year in his ongoing commitment to excellence.
Daniel T. Powell
Vice President of Claims | Property General Adjuster | HAAG Certified Roof Inspector – Commercial & Residential Property
Daniel Powell brings a total of five years of experience with claims and two years experience in appraisals to BPO. He studied at Texas A&M University and also attended several industry related schools such as Vale Tech, Crawford Intermediate Property Adjusting School, and Crawford Advanced Property Adjusting School. He has extensive experience and training with Xactimate and is also a HAAG Certified Roof Inspector for commercial and residential property.
